BE A GUARDIAN TO A WWII VETERAN:

Applying to be a Guardian is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1) Click here to download the Guardian Application.

Step 2) Print the form and fill out the application

FOR OUR VETERANS: If you would like to join a scheduled bus trip, please follow these steps. Please remember that applications are accepted on a first come basis.
